Syarat & ketentuan yang ditetapkan di bawah ini mengatur pemakaian jasa yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya terkait penggunaan situs www.mtj-indochem.com. Pengguna disarankan membaca dengan seksama karena dapat berdampak kepada hak dan kewajiban Pengguna di bawah hukum.
Dengan mendaftar dan/atau menggunakan situs www.mtj-indochem.com, maka pengguna dianggap telah membaca, mengerti, memahami dan menyetujui semua isi dalam Syarat & ketentuan. Syarat & ketentuan ini merupakan bentuk kesepakatan yang dituangkan dalam sebuah perjanjian yang sah antara Pengguna dengan PT.Mitra Tsalasa Jaya. Jika pengguna tidak menyetujui salah satu, sebagian, atau seluruh isi Syarat & ketentuan, maka pengguna tidak diperkenankan menggunakan layanan di mtj-indochem.co.id

Informasi Umum

  1. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya sebagai Pengelola dan atau Pemilik dari berusaha menyediakan berbagai fitur dan layanan untuk menjamin keamanan dan kenyamanan para pelanggan
    2. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya memiliki kewenangan untuk mengambil tindakan yang dianggap perlu terhadap akun pelanggan yang diduga atau terindekasi melakukan penyalahgunaan, memanipulasi, dan melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan mtj.indochem.co.id mulai dari malakukan moderasi, menghentikan layanan “Request/Pengiriman barang”, membatasi jumlah pembuatan akun pelanggan, membatasi atau mengakhiri hak setiap pelanggan untuk menggunakan layanan, maupun menutup akun tersebut.
    3. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya memiliki kewenangan untuk mengambil keputusan atas permasalahan yang terjadi pada setiap transaksi
    4. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya berhak meminta data-data pribadi pelanggan jika diperlukan
    5.Setiap Vendor Store ( Toko ) di Wajibkan Melampirkan COA ( Certificate Of Analys) di setiap Foto Produk

Membership PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya

  1. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya memiliki sistem keanggotaan atau membership. Pendaftaran akun Membership PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya merupakan tahap pertama bagi pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi pada situs mtj-indochem.co.id.
    2. Pelanggan diwajibkan mengisi data yang sebenar-benarnya saat mengisi data diri dalam form
    3. Dengan melakukan pembelian, berarti pelanggan melakukan persetujuan terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan yang di berlakukan oleh mtj-indochem.co.id
    4. Pelanggan membayar sebagai kesediaan dan persetujuan transaksi pemesanan sebesar nilai transaksi tersebut, yang ditandai dengan persetujuan dari Bank pemproses kartu yang telah melakukan pendebetan.
    5. Pelanggan kemudian diwajibkan untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran dan apabila transaksi pembayaran telah berhasil dilakukan, kami akan mengirimkan tanda terima pembayaran melalui surat elektronik (e-mail) kepada alamat e-mail yang tercantum dalam data pribadi pembeli dalam waktu max 1 (satu) hari setelah proses pembayaran selesai dilakukan.
    6. Pelanggan diwajibkan untuk menyimpan bukti pembayaran jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan dalam proses konfirmasi pembayaran.
    7. Semua transaksi akan diproses dalam kurun waktu 1 x 24 jam.
    8. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya berhak menolak pendaftaran dan menangguhkan akun membership mtj-indochem.co.id pelanggan apabila dianggap tidak sesuai.

Harga Produk dan Konfirmasi Pembelian/Pembayaran

  1. Harga produk yang harus dibayarkan adalah sebagaimana yang tertera pada keranjang belanja dan atau invoice pemesanan (halaman pembayaran)
    2. Apabila terdapat perubahan harga, maka harga yang berlaku adalah harga yang sesuai dengan informasi total belanja yang ditampilkan dalam payment page

Biaya Transaksi Penjualan

  1. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya sebagai penyedia marketplace berhak mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar 1% dari nilai total transaksi yang akan dipotong secara langsung dari Rekening Bersama sebelum ditransfer ke rekening akun Penjual.
  2. Pihak Penjual dikenakan biaya administrasi untuk Akun Rekening Bersama sebesar Rp 5.000 dan biaya transfer bank ke rekening Penjual sebesar Rp 5.000.
  3. Total jumlah yang dibayar ke rekening akun Penjual adalah jumlah sesuai dengan harga barang antara Penjual dan Pembeli dan dikurangi Rp 5.000 + Rp 5.000 + 1%..
  4. Pembayaran ke rekening vendor dari Rekening Bersama akan dicairkan setelah barang terkirim dan setelah terkonfirmasi oleh Pihak Pembeli bahwa barang yang telah dikirim telah sesuai.
  5. Pencairan dana ke rekening Penjual akan dilakukan selambat-lambatnya 7 hari kerja setelah PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya menerima konfirmasi pencairan dana dari Pembeli.
  6. Setiap konfirmasi pencairan dana dari Pihak Pembeli tidak bisa dibatalkan dengan alasan apapun dan dana yang sudah dicairkan ke Pihak Penjual tidak bisa ditarik kembali dan tidak lagi menjadi tanggungjawab Pihak PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya sebagai pengelola/penyedia marketplace.

Pengiriman Barang

  1. Pihak PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya sebagai Pengelola/Penyedia Marketplace khusus bahan kimia menyediakan beberapa alternatif cara pengiriman barang.
  2. Untuk pemesanan dalam jumlah besar seperti diatas 500 kg atau membutuhkan armada khusus dengan penanganan khusus bisa menghubungi customer service MTJ Logistik untuk dihitungkan berapa biaya/ongkos kirimnya.

  4. MTJ Logistik melayani pengiriman dalam kota, antar propinsi dan ekspor impor.
  5. Setiap Pembeli wajib mencantumkan alamat pengiriman dengan sebenar-benarnya, agar sistem pengiriman kami berfungsi dengan baik

Pembatalan, Pengembalian dan Penukaran Produk

  1. Keluhan dan klaim atas pesanan Anda harus diinformasikan kepada PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya dalam waktu 1 x 24 jam (satu kali dua puluh empat jam) sejak Anda menerima bukti transaksi dan barang
    2. Barang yang sudah dibeli dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan, pengembalian barang tersebut akan dikenakan biaya Refund sebesar Rp 15.000 yang akan dibebankan oleh customer
    3. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya tidak akan melayani klaim pelanggan atas transaksi online yang terjadi karena penyalahgunaan kartu kredit. Pelanggan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya atas kepemilikan kartu kredit tersebut

Privasi dan Keamanan

  1. Kami menjamin keamanan data pribadi Anda yang menggunakan layanan mtj-indochem.co.id
    2. Semua informasi pribadi Anda kami lindungi sepenuhnya. Kerahasiaan informasi yang Anda masukkan dalam mtj-indochem.co.id akan kami jaga baik-baik untuk kepentingan Anda
    3. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya dapat mengubah dan memperbarui syarat dan ketentuan situs ini sewaktu-waktu. Kami akan memberitahu perubahan-perubahan tersebut di situs dan e-mail jika dirasa perlu. Perubahan dari syarat dan ketentuan akan berlaku segera setelah dimasukkan ke dalam situs.

By registering and / or using the site www.mtj-indochem.com, users have read, understood, comprehended and agreed all contents in the terms & conditions. These terms & conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between the User and PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya. If the user does not agree with one, half, or whole of the terms and conditions, the user may not use the services at mtj-indochem.co.id.

General information

  1. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya as Administrator and or Owner of this business provides various features and services to ensure the safety and comfort of its customers
  2. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya has the authority to take necessary actions against customer accounts that are suspected or indicated to have abused, manipulated, and violated the Terms and Conditions of mtj.indochem.co.id starting from moderating, stopping the service of “Request / Delivery goods”. Limiting the number of customers account created, limiting or terminating each customer’s right to use the service, or closing the account.
  3. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya has the authority to make decisions on problems that occur in each transaction
  4. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya has the right to request customer personal data if necessary

Membership of PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya

  1. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya has a membership system. Registration for a PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya membership account is the first step for customers to make transactions on the mtj-indochem.co.id site.
  2. Customers are required to fill in actual data when filling in their personal data in the form
  3. By doing purchase orders, it means that the customer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions imposed by mtj-indochem.co.id
  4. As a form of willingness and agreement, the customers pay their order based on the amount of the transaction value, which is indicated by the approval of the debiting card processing bank.
  5. The customer is then required to complete the payment and if the payment transaction has been successfully carried out, we will send a payment receipt via electronic mail (e-mail) to the e-mail address listed in the buyer’s personal data within a maximum of 1 (one) day after the payment process is complete.
  6. Customers are required to keep proof of payment if it is necessary at any time in the payment confirmation process.
  7. All transactions will be processed within 1 x 24 hours.
  8. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya has the right to refuse registration and to suspend the customer’s mtj-indochem.co.id membership account if it is deemed inappropriate.

Product Price and Purchase / Payment Confirmation

  1. The product price that must be paid is as stated in the shopping cart and / or order invoice (payment page)
  2. If there is a change in price, then the price in effect is the price in accordance with the total shopping information displayed on the payment page

Sales Transaction Fee

  1. PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya as a marketplace provider is entitled to get a profit of 1% of the total transaction value which will be deducted directly from the Joint Account before being transferred to the Seller’s account.
  2. The Seller is charged an administration fee for the Joint Account of IDR 5,000 and a bank transfer fee to the Seller’s account of IDR 5,000.
  3. The total amount paid to the Seller’s account is the amount according to the price of the goods between the Seller and the Buyer and less IDR 5,000 + IDR 5,000 + 1%.
  4. Payment to the vendor’s account from the Joint Account will be disbursed after the goods are delivered and after being confirmed by the Buyer that the goods have been sent are suitable.
  5. Disbursement of funds to the Seller’s account will be made maximum 7 working days after PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya received confirmation of the disbursement of funds from the Buyer.
  6. Any confirmation of disbursement of funds from the Buyer cannot be canceled for any reason and funds that have been disbursed to the Seller cannot be withdrawn and are no longer the responsibility of PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya as a marketplace manager / provider.

Delivery of goods

  1. PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya as administrator / provider of a marketplace specifically for chemicals provides several alternative ways of shipping goods.
  2. For orders in large quantities such as above 500 kg or requiring a special fleet with special handling, you can contact MTJ Logistics customer service to calculate how much shipping costs / costs.

Return and Exchange

  1. Complaints and claims on your order must be notified to PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya within 1 x 24 hours (one twenty-four hours) from the time you receive proof of transaction and goods
  2. Items that have been purchased can be exchanged or returned, the return of the goods will be subject to a refund fee of IDR 15,000 which will be charged by the customer
  3. PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya will not serve customer claims for online transactions that occur due to credit card misuse. The customer is fully responsible for the ownership of the credit card
